Update or Add Payment Card

If you want to update or add a new debit card/credit card so that payments for your invoices are automatically processed at 8:00 PM (20:00 CEST) on the due date, this guide is for you.

1. Log in to Customer Zone

  • Visit the customer zone and log in.
  • Once you have logged in to the customer zone, navigate to Billing > Credit cards on the left side of the navigation menu.

2. Manage Payment Cards

  • On this page, you can add a new credit card or bank card by clicking the green button “Add new credit card.” You can enter your card details there and verify yourself with BankID.
  • You can also either update your current card or remove it from our system by clicking the menu as shown in the image below.
