Frequently Asked Questions
What Linux server OS distribution do you offer?
We offer CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian Linux OS. You can deploy your virtual server VPS with any of these, and select the one you want during order. We always tend to have the latest Linux server OS available, such as CentOS 8.
Can I upgrade later if I need?
Of course you can! You can do this via our billing panel, and because our services are very flexible the upgrade should take place without the need to restart, giving you 100% uptime with even better performance!
How do I choose between shared hosting and VPS?
Shared hosting comes with a easy to use control panel (see image), while a VPS comes with no such software. Instead you have the choice to install everything that you want from within a command line. This is good for more experienced users and it gives them more control over what configurations they want to make and what to install. You can read more about their differences here
Where is my server hosted?
Your VPS virtual server is hosted in a datacenter located in the Netherlands. If you are feeling technical, you can try to ping it to see the latency from just your location on looking.house
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes! All of our services have a 45-day money back guarentee with a valid reason requirement. This excludes purchaces such as domains, and/or addons such as SSL certificates. Read more about our terms on our Terms of Service page.
