Install a new operating system

Step 1: Log in to the customer portal

• Visit our customer portal and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Virtual Server overview

• After logging in, click “Services > Virtual Server” in the main menu.

Step 3: Choose which VPS you want to manage

• Select the VPS you want to access the control panel for by pressing the gear highlighted in the image below:

Step 4: Install new OS

• First, tap on “More” at the top right and then select the “Reinstall” option.

• On this page you can choose which operating system you want to reinstall your VPS with by pressing the dropdown menu.

• Select the OS you want to install and then press “Reinstall VPS”.

Once the reinstallation is complete, you will receive an email with new login credentials for your VPS.

Please note that all data on your VPS will be erased when you reinstall it. Therefore, make sure you have backed up any important files!
