Update or Add Payment Card

If you want to update or add a new debit card/credit card so that payments for your invoices are automatically processed at 8:00 PM (20:00 CEST) on the due date, this guide is for you.

1. Log in to the Customer Zone

Visit the customer zone and log in

After you’ve logged in to the Customer Zone, navigate to Billing > Payment Methods in the navigation menu on the left side

On this page, you can add a new credit or debit card by clicking the blue “Add Payment Method” button. Enter your card details there and verify your identity with BankID.

You can also remove your existing card by clicking the trash can icon shown in the image above next to the payment card.
