Remove domain name renewal invoice

If you have received an invoice for the renewal of a domain name but do not want to renew the domain, you can easily remove the invoice and the renewal order through your customer zone.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the invoice page in the customer zone.
  2. Click the “Remove invoice” button.

If you later change your mind and want to renew the domain, you can follow the manual renewal process.

For customers with multiple domains, all domains needing renewal are often combined into a single invoice, as the system usually sends out a maximum of one invoice per month. If you wish to exclude certain domains from renewal, delete the invoice as instructed above, and then manually renew the desired domains.
